Actionscript coder, XML, smil

We need the help from an experienced actionscript programmer. We expect that you are a programmer and not a designer since we are devloping a Flash application that will be maintained for a long time. Skills you should have includes XML, Flash components and javascript. This project will continue over a long time so your price should initially be set for 100 hours of programming. Also, you are structured coder and good at documenting, communicating, and discussing over MSN. The player, when it works well, shows text and images and a speaker reads the text. The text is then marked yellow by the application like in karaoke where the marker follows the lyrics. We need help developing this platform. It should be rewritten in Actionscript 3.0. It is now in 1.0 and we would like to have it more object oriented.
