create java application on Google App Engine

I would like to create an online "Point Of Sale" on Google App Engine. Do you have any problem with this? 5) I need to see a prototype of my requirements on Google App Engine before i select you as my coder. Can you briefly let me know what can i expect from you for this prototype?
