Craigslist nationwide search tool -- server side script

This just has to work; does not have to scale more than 5 users per day. I will be the only one using it. 1) Page should enumerate all current USA craigslist sites and offer them in a select one, many, or all selection box. The list should be sorted based on distance from USA zip code 83702 2) Search options should match the normal craigslist site (title, price range, category). 3) Upon clicking search, the script should reach out to the craigslist page server side and acquire the necessary results. The script must impersonate a browser's behavior (referral, browser type, etc.) sufficient to prevent it from being banned for usage levels consistent with personal use only (IE: 5 searches a day). 4) An option to set a delay between reaching out to each separate CL site should be present; by default without delay they should all search at once. 5) A checkbox which allows one to put in an e-mail address and have the results HTML file delivered via e-mail should be present. This is useful if a high delay is required. Otherwise, the results should be displayed on screen. You can use any language you want; as long as what you need is available in the standard yum repository of Ubuntu. Please include your intended language in the response.
