Computer problem solver

This program is a tool to solve common computer(PC) problems based on symptoms entered. The computer problem solver program should be for a web browser. The tool will allow you to select from different tick boxes to norrow down the symptoms. Then the solver will tell you what is most likely the cause of the problem and how to fix it. If the suggested fix doesnt work, the next most likely problem should be displayed and so on till the problem is sorted, or all solutions have been tried. If no solution works, the info on the problem should be stored in a database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) This functionality in the program must be achieved using servlets. 5) It must hook up to a database, using SQL, for example all the problems and their solutions must be stored in a database, as well as a litle of the people wh are allowed log into the system. ## Platform Internet Explorer ## Deadline information This is an approx. deadline, a week or so after the deadline is ok.
