Chameleon Modifications, Data Base Forms

We need to modify (already modified) Map Server extension software Chameleon: 1. Ability to add and remove map layers from groups of layers 2. Resolve problems with Labels, Styles and Map Tips (they are not working) 3. Modify Quick Views (dynamic drop list by location) 4. Ability to extract WFS layers (basically script to run program on server, map server has such function already), or fix bugs on extract function of chameleon. Software in big mess Also PostgreSQL: 1. Create simple web page to insert data to PostgreSQL DB (Security on DB level) 2. Create simple web page to make simple reports, not more than 5 (Select table --> drop down list, select some name --> drop down list, select value ---> drop down list, generate web report) 3.
