Distressed Property Seller Leads

I want leads generated to attract distressed or motivated house sellers. The leads must be for properties in England, Scotland or Wales. I will pay $20 per lead for 10 leads and the unit price bid will be doubled for each lead in a specific town, county which I will identify to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. The deliverables required are: Name, Contact telephone number, email address, house number, street, town, post code, house type, number of bedrooms, how quick needing to sell, why selling, has property been for sale with estate agent, condition, value of property, how much mortage left to pay, total other debts outstanding, are they interested in sale and rent back, will they consider offer up to 85% of value, any other information relevant to a cash buyer.
