Credit Card Processing Payment Gateway

This needs to be the state of the art payment gateway, with all the bells & whistles as well as graphics. This job will require someone with a background or related OTJ experience in payment processing gateways. Must be user friendly while maintaining utmost security. The gateway must be built for multiple users and levels as well as the availability to be offered to other processors and resellers on a resale basis. Reporting is key and should have a depth of options for reviewing transactions and making adjustments to those transactions, IE: refunds, credits, ETC. It will need a database & full accounting package that would track and calculate weekly payments to merchants as well as graphs or charts showing trends. We are also open to any cutting edge ideas to make this a premier payment gateway. Please reply with a brief history and a sample of your past work. Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
