Automated Blogging application

I am seeking a programmer who has the skills and capabilities to develop a fully automated solution that will create, format and install WordPress Blogs along with any of the optional plug-ins the user should require into any existing web site. The blogs created by this application will not be stand alone web sites. In considering the level of automation, assume that functionality for this application will be used by users with little basic skills with blogs, so the user interface designs required for the various relevant steps should reflect that. The automated function developed by the successful bidder will be used by our clients to install WordPress blogs into an existing website themselves, all of which will be hosted on our clients own individual servers. 1. Honest completion dates are to be incorporated into bid. 3. Only programmers who have a wide understanding of blogging software, WordPress etc, need bid. 4. Any questions, please post ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
