Customize a new YooTheme Template "Style" to look like our existing site skin.

Please read this entire description before bidding! Fluent english is required for this project. Communication should not be an issue. As the title suggests we need our skin (customized YooTheme Explorer) moved over to a newer Yootheme template (Frequency) that uses the newest version of the Warp framework. The newest warp framework (7.2) is quite a bit different then previous versions so if you do not have experience with it PLEASE take a look before bidding or plan to do some learning. ; ) The default version of the Yootheme template that you'll be customizing uses LESS and has a new override structure. Our skin needs to be converted to a "style" of the template which will override the the template files. This will allow future version updates of the Yootheme template without overwriting our changes. Just to clarify, I do not want a "copy" of the default template customized. I want a new style created for the default template, and then that style will be customized to look and behave like the skin - there is a difference between the two. =) The new skin should look and work like our live site (a copy of which will also be provided on the test server). I'm also willing to accept small deviations from the look of the target skin if they are approved ahead of time esp in cases when they would look better than the skin does. In all other cases it should be a pixel perfect reproduction of the target skin. Timeline_____ I need the skin ready by may 18th or sooner. If you think additional time will be required please let me know when you bid. I'm offering $250 for the finished style. Working properly with all content, menus and modules that are present in our live site. The template and joomla should upgrade with no issues.
