Custom Quiz Plugin WordPress (Urgent)

I am adding a quiz section to my sign up page just for the fun of it It will ask the people signing up 6 or 7 questions and then give them results Page = [login to view URL] Questions will be either Yes/No or multiple choice It should work like this: 1. They see Question 2. They select answer from either multiple choice or Yes/No answer & press submit and 3. They keep answering question till done 4. When finished they see results like this: if ($grade < 30){ Show message + Sad face } else if ($grade < 60 && >30){ Show message + Normal face } else { Show message + Happy face } Can be done by a. Adjusting quiz plugin or b. Custom WP php code or just custom plugin Need it done urgently Show me your past work of this nature Don't overbid Thanks JL
