Create email tool for Access Database

We have an MS Access Database in production serving as a backend for one of our PHP Websites. The database is update on a daily basis. We need to integrate a routine (button) to create individual reports for our customers and send in automatically. The reports must contains data updates from various Brands included in the same report. In other words, a single report to every customer including detailed transactions for every Brand. We can explain in more details to the pre-selected freelancers. Logic should be integrated in the Website Admin Main Page. This is a very easy project that we expect to be completed in 1 day.
