Create a Wordpress form that hooks into Paypal

Hey! Hope you’re having a good week so far! I’m a consultant, and want to set up a simple form on my site that hooks into Paypal that will let people buy my time (I've attached a mockup of the form). The main features of the slider will be: 1. Time slider ◦ A time slider, where people can select how much coaching time they want to buy from me. Slider will have a live-updating time amount below it. I’d like the slider to increase by 15-minute increments, with a minimum of 30 minutes, and a maximum of five hours. (A user can also select 0 minutes, but cannot select 15 minutes.) ◦ I’d like to give folks a bonus 15 minutes of call time with every hour they buy, and display that bonus next to the amount of time they select (pictured) ◦ Default will be set to one hour, which includes a bonus of 15 minutes (pictured) 2. Two fields that let users enter how many hour-long chats they’d like, as well as how many months of direct email access they want (they can select 0 on these options if they’d like) 3. General stuff ◦ A live-updating $total at the bottom of the widget ◦ Checkout with Paypal at the end, but not checking out as a Paypal donation (Paypal freezes accounts that receive too much money as donations..) ◦ The element will be inserted into a Wordpress page A few other things • The widget should be beautiful, and delightful to use (on mobile, tablets, and desktops) • The form will be embedded on a Wordpress page • The page is 700px wide, and responsive, so the form will have to adjust as a user resizes the page So I can gauge interest in the first version of the form, there wouldn’t be too much work on the back end. I’d like to receive an email that states what someone purchases, but apart from that, I don’t need anything too complex on the back end. If a lot of people like the a la carte model, I’d like to have you program a better system to manage orders, but the first version will just be a fancy form. :) Cheers!
