Create a Wordpress Template

Requirements: 1) We are planning to have a commercial website of our company that runs on word press. 2) We don’t want the source code of readymade themes available on internet. 3) We expect a developer who can develop the files from the layout (outline) that we provide you. 4) We are very much concerned about the source code that we expect it to be developed personally. 5) If the developer is in need of a commercial plugin then should inform the team lead about it that the company will buy the license for the developer. 6) The images used on the theme should be copyrighted or owned by the developer or can be an open source. 7) The developer must take the role of support in the future development of the theme. (this is excluded pay from the development contract) 8) The developer must make sure the theme is bug free at the time of delivery of the end product. 9) The theme should include the various formats on the blog (example: video posts, audio posts, image posts, etc.) 10) The theme should be responsive to tablets, PC and Mobile and major browsers. (chrome, safari, Firefox, Opera) 11) The theme should include super friendly theme panel. (admin should have control over header, CSS, page layouts, logo, favicon, Menu styles and other options) 12) Picture attached for reference for the admin panel Prerequisites: 1) Do you have prior experience on WP? If so please justify. (maybe prior design or a running website. 2) How will you fix the broken plugin? 3) Have u ever designed a responsive theme? 4) Have you used Mansory plugin? 5) How do you usually start developing a WP theme? 6) How many hours in a day you are available to work? 1) we expect at least of 10 different template in the page attribute WP 2) We need different post options like default, images, video, audio formats etc.. 3)we need to create own short codes 4) we need separate powerful admin panel for theme customization options like, a) wide and boxed layout b)embedded color picker to change the whole theme color c)logo upload d)advanced header options e) typography options f) portfolio options 5) we need 10 customized widgets 6) we need several predefined homepages in the theme like a)sliders b)portfolio c)grid view d)recent post
