Create Custom WP Plugin

I’m looking for someone to create a custom WP plugin which is allowed for visitor to add video link in my WP post. The plugin is easy to install, activate and unlimited license. Refer to this url - [login to view URL] Focus on this [login to view URL] Visitor1 can add video link by clicking the “ADD LINKS” button. Once he clicks on it, there is a pop-up small window for visitor1 to paste video link and then click “Save / Close”. The plugin knows the video link is from which file hosting company and list under the particular “HOST” list. A few seconds later, the video link will appears. The plugin knows to count how many links has found (added). Visitor2 wants to watch video and he has two options to choose from: 1. Any video HOST listed in front of him or 2. Select from the drop down HOST list. Once Visitor2 decides which HOST then clink on the “video file hosting” example: Novamov or “Watch This” button. This will redirect Visitor2 to the next page (refer to this url [login to view URL]). There are some advertisements and a button of “Click here to play”. Click on the button will redirect the Visitor2 to the actual video link. Any HOST link has been clicked, the color will show blur. Recap steps: Step 1 – visitor choose from any HOST/Domain Step 2 – redirect the visitor to a page with showing some advertisements and a button to play video Step 3 – redirect the visitor to the exactly video link   I need a WP plugin as follows: Step 1 – visitor choose from any HOST/Domain Step 2 – redirect the visitor to a page with showing some advertisements and a button to play video Step 3 – once click on the “Watch This” button, this will redirect the visitor to the exactly video link. Plugin Front end : 1. Add Link 2. Shows Link Found (Added) 3. Drop down HOST list (e.g. Novamov) 4. Shows HOST list one by one (e.g. Novamov, Nowvideo) 5. Watch This button 6. Shows Date (e.g. 2013/12/31 date added link) 7. User’s name (registered user’s name from the website) 8. Report Link (to report dead link or bad quality, visitor must explain and submit) Plugin Back end : 1. No duplicate link is allowed (same url link will not accept and immediate inform the uploader) 2. Wait for a curtain time if same HOST added after 3 times (to prevent spamming) 3. User’s name (only registered user can add link and show the user’s name) 4. Only shows available video link 5. All HOSTs’ name will only show Novamov instead of [login to view URL] 6. Auto captured the HOST’s name like Novamov from the video link : [login to view URL] Arrangement will be: Add Link (HOST List) | Total Link Found HOST Name | Link | Date | User | (Novamov) | (Watch This) | (2013/12/31) | (Jerry) | (Report Link/LOGO) I think you can copy their codes and amend.
