We would like to have a quote for the Intranet Portal enterprise version. We are much diversified business based on many business lines including communities operated from corporate office. We would like to setup this portal specially to develop our company employee social collaboration including for the following features. 1. Discussion 2. Document Management System 3. Surveys 4. Meeting Management 5. Work spaces/Groups/Committees 6. Nested Structures of Works spaces and Groups 7. Live Chat between users 8. Decision System based on Action Plan 9. Admin layer on Each Work space 10. Project/Task Management for work spaces, groups and committees 11. Social integration widgets. 12. Workflows and approvals We would like to have each business (Site) a separate admin account other than master admin who controls all associated permission within the site or workspace. We need to have this solution on our premises with MS Windows Platform supported by MYSQL and integrated with Microsoft Exchange through LDAP support. In this case, the user has to authenticated by exchange, however, user can be define in the system before login in order to specify their permission and default settings. Every site can be customized based on individual themes and settings. We would like to hear about the meeting Management workflow and the actionable outcomes from the meetings which further lead to Decision Management System. Also, I would like to hear from you if you have some special workflow for Board members to handle their workspace including Meetings, Surveys, IPAD apps (for offline), annotation, voice recording and Decision management.
