I am looking for someone who can help me with the rest of the coding to get my form working. I have already created it in html using dreamweaver and require you to finish it. The form needs to email me the information to my gmail account. My website hosting account is with FreeHostia. See the attached file for the form i have created (you may also need to change a few parts of this code).
