Clone Magento/Wordpress theme(s) Look

I have magento and wordpress installed. I would like the themes I am using for magento and wordpress modified to look like another site online (I need it cloned/replicated to establish a base) and I will then modify it once I have that look as a foundation. It WILL NOT stay that way. Just want the basic layout and look to work from. Currently, I'm using themes with excellent functionality, so those will need to be modified to look like the sample site. Any extensions/plugins required will be installed by me so the functionality matches the look. Please do not over bid or waste my time. I have worked with programmers from all over the world, know the value of the USD and time required. Anyone who has serious experience should bid and be fair. If you do a good job, I will hire you for other aspects of the site as it grows. You MUST be expert with magento and wordpress, a SKILLED programmer who knows PHP and CSS exceptionally well. I will look for examples and expect references. You must speak English very well and be rated here or do not bid. Period. I will begin to discuss with programmers right away and looking to hire today/next morning.
