Design Website Logo and HTML Pages (no functionality needed)

This project involves creating a Googlesque Website, that centers around a logo. The logo will be provided. This means absolutely no flash or heavy graphics. I hope to make the html pages as lightweight as possible, with using just html somewhere between 5-10KB. I need the following Website elements: -Website Template for 10 different types of pages - for a general design guideline please refer to the [login to view URL] attachment. Pages are: Homepage User Specific Homepage Information Page Data Entry Page Multiple Item List Page Single Item Description Page Tour or Learning Page Tag Page Popular Items Page Organize Page -Color Schema -Font Type -Graphical Form Buttons (text is interchangable) -Graphical Page Buttons (number is interchangeable) -Bullet Icon, three sizes small, medium and large -Graphical icons The iteration process will be mock-up created in png., jpeg or other graphic format/program and then converted into HTML for final approval. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This website should be in HTML 3.0 and will need to be compatibly to IE 6+, Mozilla 1.0+ and Safari 1.x. If HTML 4.0 or any other technology is needed so that the site can be compatible with these 3 browsers, we can discuss this during the project.
