Create Wordpress Child Theme - replicate Web Site

Hi There! We need a great designer to create two Child Themes for our new Wordpress sites. The Child Themes need to capture the styling (CSS) of two non-Wordpress websites that we own. The non-Wordpress sites were designed by our old in-house designer who dropped off the face of the earth. We are searching for a new awesome designer to help us carry-over the same "look" to the two new Wordpress sites. The new Wordpress sites need to have the same identical styling as the original sites - same sidebar, same menu and same submenu look with icons, shadows, etc. Below are a couple screen shots comparing the old and new sites so you can see how much is already done for you. The website and webpages are already built out. This is an easy project for the right designer to style the CSS to make our Wordpress sites look identical to the old non-Wordpress sites. We're looking to get this done right away, so if you're the right designer for the project, we'll be ready to implement as soon as you are.
