I want a simply webpage using PHP , HTML and CSS This is for a gym website ( Manager is going to view this) Functions 1. Manager Login (This this needs to connected with a database) [login to view URL] Menu (This need to include all the functions) [login to view URL] form, where manager can give feedback to the staff in the gym 4. Contract information of the staff using email form 5. Live data and time Other Functions (I am going to give some use case text which will help to add more functions) UseCase 1: View Sales Primary Actor :Manager Stakeholders and Interests Manager want to see the sales from member subscription to see how the gym is doing. Precondition : Manager is logged into account. Success Guarantee: Manager views the sales for all member subscription for given data. Main Success Scenario: 1. Manager chooses to view the sales. 2. Manager enters a given time period to view sales for the period and presses enter. 3. system calculates and display sales for the selected period. 4. Manager views sales for that period. 5. Manager repeats step 2-4 until indicates done. 6. Pls add CSS style sheet with some good design Use Case 2 -Request assistance to resolve faulty equipment. Primary Actor : Manager Stakeholders and Interests Manager- wants to resolve any outstanding technical problems with equipment. Precondition: Trainer or manager is logged onto the system. Success Guarantee: Faults in the equipment are logged on the system checks on equipment are outstanding( need a small database i think. outstanding problems with equipment are send to technical admin. Main Success Scenario 1. Manager sees fault with equipment [login to view URL] logs a request to seek assistance to deal with the faulty equipment [login to view URL] enters the identifier of the equipment [login to view URL] enters a description for the problem on the system. [login to view URL] sends the request. [login to view URL] sends the request as outstanding to the technical admin with the time and date. Notes : 1. You can make some changes if you like and all the database need some duplicate information. 2. If you want to add some other Functions you are welcome. 3. I need this today or tomorrow. 4.
