Bestillingsformular wordpress - repost

I need a form for a smaller wordpress site , it should be possible to translate / modify the various texts - and if there could be some kind of design in relation to the site. Furthermore, there must also be "normal" validation on the form so that number fields can only enter numbers , etc. In time we will also be able to set prices on tours so the customer can pay online, so there has to be some kind of preperation to woocommerce, i got a gravityforms license if you prefer to develop in that. So maybe just a price on the woocommerce part would be fine as it is an additional development. I've tried to scratch most things up as you could , there may well be coming small changes a long the way, but if it happens then we can possibly agree on a price to it. If you have any suggestions for a simplification of the form, maybe removing some fields, I am very open for suggestions. I have also described the inputs how i think it should be, but if you have other ideas I'm very open (and again it is possible to use: [login to view URL] - since I have a license to do so ) : TRAVELINFORMATION: ------------ Choosing a trip ( drop down menu with x number of items) ------------ Date calendar (if possible, there should be only x number of days to choose from (something that you can set in the backend), since each trip is only available in some week’s let say it could be the dates from 15/7 - 13/8 , and if possible it could be cool to be able to mark the days for departure. ------------ Number of children (input field where you can type ex 5 adults ) ------------ Number of children under 12 years (input field where you can write ex 2 children ) ------------ Double room yes / no (if yes is selected , then you could enter the number doubles for example, 2 doubles , ) ------------ Single room yes / no (if yes is selected , you should be able to enter the number of single rooms will be used such as 2 singles ) ------------ Half pension yes / no ( radio button) ------------ TRAVEL PARTICIPANTS Travel companions ( Here it might be cool if you could based on the number of adults and children you have entered above, that it had already made fields ready for example if you have selected 3 adults and 1 child, there are 4 fields available. One must also click a field to where it says "leader" so you have the info on the person who orders the journey. Following fields must be based on each person.)
