Basic portal with LinkedIn interaction

Hello there, I'm looking forward to hire a web developer/designer that can develop the a basic portal based on PHP, MySQL, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap. Three kind of users: personal, agency and admin. Personal users should be able to log into the portal via LinkedIn or by email. In case of LinkedIn method then only one section (besides the basic profile with name, email, etc) will be grabbed and added into a local db. Option to add details on certain section to the local db will be available. Agency users should be able to log with the same two methods but will have different statuses (free, paid, other) and also different details will be available. Access to different page will be also granted where usage reports, statistics and others will be shown. Admin user will be able to change users type, access levels, restrictions, set flags (such as enabled, disabled, paid, access end-date, metrics, usage statistics, etc) and also modify information on any profile across the website. Portal will remain simple (see mock interface). One search box where any term will be entered. The terms will be suggested as typed and grabbed from a normalized db (this terms were previously fed by the personal user and either grabbed from LinkedIn or entered manually by the user himself). In addition to the search terms user will be able to add "in XXX" where XXX is a location in the globe like country, city, etc. Results will be shown in the map at the bottom of the main page showing the location of any matching profile by search parameter(s) and location (if set). In case of multiple results for one location or not location set at all, all the profiles matching the search criteria will be shown in the map showing each's locations. For any result the classic pin on the map will be set and it will become clickable allowing agencies to get further details from there (depending on the access level/flags set for the agency logged in). Finally, a report/metric page will show details regarding visits, unique hits, regions, most searched terms, users on the db, agencies, searches per terms and/or locations, etc. Some other little requests/features could be requested.
