AD Solution for Small Businesses

Hi, We are after an Intelligent Ad solution management program. We will have LCD Screens mounted on to the top of each Aisle ( Each row of the supermarket is called Aisle) This is for a small super market: - A brief how we think the system should work . 1) Flash intro about the supermarket 2) Flash Display of products that are in each Aisle ( Each row of the supermarket is called Aisle) 3) Flash Display of Products that are on Specials in each AILE ( From time to time products are reduced from their retail price for eg:- nearing expiration date) 4) ADVERTISMENTS ( This is when the space can be hired and sold for MNC to display their ads) 5) General Stuff ( Weather Today , news headlines, any thing in general etc ) This is a rough layout of the system which we tend to have. if you can suggest anything we are open to suggestions. The system must be intelligent so that the administrator can schedule ad’s ( to the exact minute of time) The back end should be very flexible and powerful to server the needs. Simple scenario 1) Admin logs in to the back end. 2) Uploads a product which is in the Aisle, The product is automatically included in the flash; it should show which Aisle number in the flash as well. ( Each Aisle can have individual template or common template) 3) Edits the price of a Product and marks it as special, after this, he has an option to select a flash style in the database, (you will also have to develop 5 samples of flash intro) The admin can select and preview the various samples of flash and also edit the time management bit, which can help him decide how many times this product will need to be displayed. 4) The advertisement space, where the admin can administer various options to schedule the ads accordingly. This ads will be displayed on LCD screen on Each aisle, let us know how your going to full fill this initial requirement as we are planning on making the system more intelligent. We were thinking of more about a flash website and would like some one to solve us the mystery of automatically updating the information on the flash. to start off with we will not want you to waste too much time perfecting the flash files, just getting the functionality would be the first stage and stage 2 would be perfecting the flash files . initially only 5 effects would be required in stage 1 and then 10 in stage 2 and so on and so forth.
