Design Flash and HTML Site

This project needs a solid Flash and HTML developer. **Each bid MUST be accompanied by links to Flash sites that the bidder has designed that have a closest match to my requirements below AND links to the bidder's own web site. ** My Requirements: *1. A professional Flash website very similar in structure to* [*[login to view URL]*][1] *but with white background. The website must first check for a Flash plug-in, if not available then an alternative HTML page similar to the Flash page is presented (with option of downloading the Flash plug). * *2 The Flash panel will have 3 row sections. 2a. The top section will have a catchy Flash animation based on our company logo? (see 3 below). 2b. The middle section will have two parts: a main part to display text for the menu item selected; a second part that will always display the company address. [login to view URL] bottom section will have a menu (see 4 below) 3) The bidder will develop? a Flash animation based on? our company logo which we will provide as vector graphic (e.g .ai or .eps? file). The animation should end with a final image of our company logo. 4. The menu will be like the example website ([*[login to view URL]*][1] *)* with the following categories (and items). About Us (Company | Team | Blog) Our Services ( Business Analysis | Custom Development | Data Mining | Vendor Evaluation) Our Products (Sample) Contact Us ( Enquiry ) Selecting a category will display the text (which I will supply) in the main part of the middle section. The code should be structured and it should be easy to change the categories and the text by someone with rudimentary HTML skills; and easy to migrate the site to a true content database driven one.* ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must support all standard browsers (IE 5+, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, Safari).
