Clients Website for TV & Radio

We need a new funky and cool website designed for our client who is in the entertainment industry - involving TV & radio. We would ideally like it done in flash, so that it flows nicely. Having looked at lots of other sites we need something that is simple yet impressive - young, funky and fresh would describe what we want. When the site first loads up we would like a small audio clip of our client welcoming people to the website - this could play over some clever flash intro to the site. The actual home page should have a news section to it on the left hand side(one that we can update easily), to the right of this should be a small section welcoming visitors and explaining what you can find on the site. The main headings in this website should be Home, Radio, Voiceover, TV? &? Gallery. We also require a picture of our client on the website, preferably one that is always in view, along with a live twitter feed and contact details - again that are always on view. There also needs to be an in built media player, as we will be showcasing our clients voice in the radio and voiceover tabs(via mp3 - we would like it so visiters just click on the audio and it plays, stopping whatever might have been playing before) and the same goes for the TV tab - except of course it will be video.? The gallery section should be just that, a gallery where we can load up all the pictures.
