ASP On-Line Hardware Store with Shopping Cart

Hey there, I am a 3rd year Business & IT student & I have been asked to do up a small project in ASP for college that I simply don't have the time or the knowledge to do. I have only done a very small but of programming before - mainly Visual basic, thus I really need someone to help me on this one !! The project involves creating an On-line Hardware Store, where users should be able to purchase items from a catalogue(see sample access database attachment) by adding line-items to a trolley & submitting their details. A non-repudiation screen should summerise the customer's order before the order is submitted. **The following Minimun Requirements Need to be included in the website: ** The shopping trolley should consist of a session managed custom ActiveX .DLL that allows for a 1:N relationship between an order & a line-item All submitted orders should be stored in the catalogue database attached. Upon submission of an order, the customer's credit card number should be encrypted with PGP before storing the number in the access daztabase An extra facility, accessible only through the use of a Username & Password, should enable customers to view thier orders. The application also needs to be session managed as well as the use of cookies. A DSN of **ecomapps** must be used to connect to the database & a directory called **src** should contain the project files for all Visual Basic components used. There must also be things like colour & photos of items for sall on the opening page & all other pages of the website just to add some charactor to the website !! The idea is sort of along the lines of something similiar to the amazon website, only alot simplier !! **N.B N.B It has to be fully functional & completed on or before April 14th 2004** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2)The Website details must be in ready-to-run condition ## Platform It must be able to work on Windows 2000 Windows Internet Explorer
