Develop a Facebook Web App

I need someone to develop Facebook Web App that I can use to achieve the following: 1. To send message with image and web link directly to all my friends facebook inbox folder. 2. To post to the wall of all my friends. This web app will not require SSL to run. To execute the functions, I will write a message, add image and URL in the app admin panel. When I trigger the functions, the message will post to the walls of all my friends and will also be delivered directly into their INBOX folder. The above 2 functions will happen automatically when I trigger the corresponding function without the user/friend authorization (if possible). If you can do it, apply and write your comprehensive details of how you will make it work if hired.
