database interogate and CSV

I have the need for an application, java or ASP page (PREFFERED) which allows the user to: 1. Browse to mutliple LAN, WAN or web addresses to select multiple databases. 2. Interogate and gather data based on period of time .(. eg 1 April 2004 to 2 December 2005 .. *date format yet to be defined*) a. Based on predefined table and fields b. Optional; Allowing user to select table and fields from database .. via checkboxes / wizard style 3. Append each databases data (ie user may select 2 or 3 databases) 3. Save file to local drive allowing the user to name the file as required The saved CSV file will then be imported by the user to a 3rd party application. I need pricing and feedback on above with an ETA. Full documetation on how to modifiy the script will be required based onthe final product delivered. Databases or formats to be read, MSAccess, EXCEL, CSV .. DBF. (if you cannot do one or many of these pls still bid and explain) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
