i require a customer/supplier database. We are a utilities broker that targets businesses in the UK, i need a database to manage the customers that we have and effectively target potential customers. the requirements that I will need are:- 1. The staff will need to access the database remotely so an online solution will be needed. 2. Will need to be able to create new customers, create new prospects, change a prospect to a customer. 3. Need to be able to book call backs for customers through a calender. 4. Need to be able to log details of calls. 5. Possibility of calling through the database using skype or something similar. 6. Need to be able to send a letter or fax to the customer 7. Staff to be only able to update certain records, management to be able to update all records 8. Need to be able to keep track of commissions due to us from suppliers and commission due to staff. 9. Need to be able to track customers that are being objected to leaving there current suppliers. 10. Need to be able to check on staffs usage. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
