Custom CGI script in PHP/MySQL

I have a simple php script that processes craft market bookings for my festival it can be accessed at [login to view URL] I need to upgrade it so it pushes the data into a MySQL database, then passes on the data to a Payment Gateway, and then on completion of the payment gateway, bounces back to log the payment confirmation id's etc into our MySQL database We will also require some pages that will query the database and allow us to update records, add new records, record if they paid cash or cheque, and provide reports. We will also need to add information such as pitch number allocated, extra notes The traders have a choice of set pitch sizes but some will have custom needs so we will need an 'other' option and a field to enter custom requirements Reports should be: Receipt of payment Summary of bookings sorted by pitch size allocates, by pitch number, bookings sorted alphabeticaly, summary of those requiring electricity totals of fees/VAT (purchase TAX)/GROSS paid sorted by month & totals The system will need a year identifier for each record - therefore reports/data can be browseable by year Budget is tight sorry so please don't go wild - it is a medium sized job and an easy one for somebody who is doing this stuff reguarly - I am out of practice and too busy organising the event to do it myself sorry - I know what i want but no time to do it It should be a fun project!!! I can/will set up a MySQL database and provide the username/passwd for this script you will need to provide a SQL database create instruction that I will run to create the db, or you can run your own PHP script that will do the job. I will provide a dummy server for testing, once it is ready to go live I will put the script on the live server and copy the MySQL database to the live server I have a CSV file of orders already placed, we will need to be able to import that also when we are ready to go-live I hope that you will be able to use the existing script up to the point of payment/storing data into MySQL - I am quite proud of it, it took quite some time for me to write! Some of the field names I used will have to be changed to make them compatible with the payment gateway, but that should be a simple find/replace all!! * I know nothing is that simple! LOL *
