Custom ASP control

Custom ASP .NET 2.0 control to simulate the operation of our radio. See it at [[login to view URL]][1]. (actual picture used will be different angle) Needs to written in VB.Net Control would display a graphic of the radio overlaid with a screen that can scroll two lines of text independently. The code used to perform the scrolling of the text must be in the control as separate routines for each line so it can be modified by us later Also needs a controllable "LED style light that can be flashed in two colors and placed at specific location.
