Create A Wordpress Template/Theme Based On An Existing Website Design

We are looking to create a WordPress Theme to start a blog in connection with an existing charity website. This WordPress Blog theme should recreate the "look and feel" of the existing website design (size, colors, fonts, graphics, etc.). This is a straightforward Wordpress theme design, and should be easy for someone with experience in this area. FYI - Here is the URL for the existing website... [login to view URL] And here are some additional details: We actually need 3 variations on the same theme - A 1 column theme - that would look similar to this page: [login to view URL] - A 2 column variation (wide sidebar) - that would look similar to this page: [login to view URL] (with the picture on the right being the approximate size of the wide sidebar) - And another 2 column variation (narrow sidebar) - that would look similar to this page: [login to view URL] (again with the picture on the right being the approximate size of the narrow sidebar) The theme Header should include a "drop down" menu similar to the one that currently exists on the main site (with the same links, headings, etc.). We will provide you with the graphic images/flash from the existing website to create the theme header/design. We currently use WordPress version 1.5, but I expect we will migrate over to v 2.0 once it is out of beta. Please let me know if you require any additional information. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
