Create Script So Students Can Automatically Enrol Themselves in Blackboard Software

We are a registered training organization based in Melbourne, Australia. At the moment the software we are using as our online learning and assesment environment forces us in head office to manually enrol students in the course every time they pay. We would like to create a script that allows users to create their own user profiles and enrol themselves in the course they paid for so that this burden is removed from us. Further details can be found in the detailed description. ## Deliverables We offer a number of online courses using the blackboard software provided by TAFEVC ( [login to view URL]) as our learning and assesment environment. At the moment whenever a new student pays to participate in an online course, we in the head office have to: * Log into the TAFEVC system as either admin or enrolment officers. * Create their user profile which consists at the very mimum of: i) First name ii) Last name iii) Username iv) Email We then have to go and enrol them in each and every subject (also called sections) that constitutes a particular course. ? This means that in order for us to enrol them in the Certificate III in Aged Care ( which we offer) we have to enrol them in the 13 sections that constitute the course, its impossible to enrol them in a course, they must be enrolled subject by subject by subject. At the moment, whenever someone pays for an online course we have an autoresponder which automatically begins sending them emails. We need someone to create for us an enrolment script such that: 1) When a student makes a payment they are automatically sent an email with a link to an online enrolment script. 2) Once they follow that link, they are given temporary restricted access as an enrolment officer. Please quote "baloohba"to be considered 3) From there they create their own user profile and enrol themselves in the course they paid for. We need for the script to be usable across a variety of courses as we offer more than one online course and it should be completely idiot proof and simple to use i.e. everything should be a simple step by step process for the end user. Some Quick Things: 1) We would prefer a web based script. 2) We would prefer if it took advantage of existing open source and freely available and software (PHP etc) 3) We would like for these scripts to be hosted on our hosting account. 4) I have attached a pdf that basically walks you through the step by step process we use here at head office to enrol students in a particular course. 5) At the moment we are offering 3 online courses with plans to expand in future.
