Convert Template Monster template to stylesheets and POSSIBLY integrate with ZenCart

I have a template monster template sat in front of me, which has - as usual - been designed in Photoshop and automatically sliced up into html. I need this converting to HTML4.01 and CSS2 stylesheets so I can put a shopping cart around it. It's one page, so I'm looking for a bid within the next two hours and the job done within the next 24 hours. It's only one page. I can afford absolutely no slippage on timescale this and it MUST be to the HTML 4.01 strict standard. If you are interested in integrating it with ZenCart for me (again within a very tight timeframe), then please state this in the bid also and provide me with a price for doing that part. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
