Complete Website Programmer

Hello. I am looking for someone (or a team of someones) who would be able to work with me to program a website. I like to be involved in my projects and would want the selected programmer to be able to work closely with me to create what I have in mind. The website I have in mind is one that is similar in nature to eBay, where members can register and list products for the other members to see and purchase. The technical requirements for the site are as follows: users will need to be able to sign up, and send messages to each other through the website. There will be a fee in order for members to register as sellers so the site must be able to receive funds (something as simple as paypal will do, though we must make sure that the fee is paid before members can start listing products). The fee will also be recurring (twice per year). The most complicated issues I can think of are the registration, payments, and internal messaging system. The payment options may get to be quite complicated so I will need someone who will be able to work with me until the project is completed as well as provide a basic tutorial and support until I am ready to assume command. The project is far-sighted, as I plan to have a basic functional site up by the end of Summer. To make this clear I will as of right now only take in bids and quotes for the site and I can not pay for the services until Summertime of 2007. As you can see I do need someone who can work closely with me to make this idea work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) Deliverables must be integrated with or include separately graphics and a visual interface to create an end result of a complete, functional website (as defined in the description as well as by the client) 4) The final project must include the following basic components: User login/registration (with payment option for seller accounts(to be a recurring fee every 6 months)), user ability to list products by category and to include a description of the product(s) being sold, user ability to search active listings with an interactive search interface (to be defined by the client), user ability to contact other users through an internal messaging system as well as through external email for users who have decided to make their email address publicly available.
