Clean up our site's code

Our site was created in a very old version of Frontpage and updated with it periodically as well. in addition, the person who did the updates knew very little about html, coding, etc The site has about 90 html documents on the site, not all are active. We need it to be 100% compliant with [login to view URL] standards this means doing the following; Close Open Tags Fix Broken links Trouble shoot and fix code errors Correctly configure code Get rid of files, and images that are no longer in use (we have a lot of them) Speed up the loading time (without getting rid of any important script or images!!!!!) and lastly and super important, make sure that the site is correctly aligned so that it is visible and can be read and displayed in most browsers the way that it is supposed to be.
