Car Auction Site Programmer Required

Hello, We would like to invite bids for a new project we are currently working on. We would like to create a market place like Elance/RentAcoder but instead of users posting projects and freelancers bidding on them we would like to have our users to post thier new car requirements and then have dealers bid for the users car. We already have the script which will do the reverse auction ie elance clone with us which can be seen at [login to view URL] which will take care of the auction type functionality. So what is that we want you to do, I will explain in few steps. If you go to the above site and try to post a project you will notice that like Rentacoder it allows users to enter thier requirements by typing a description however when you buy cars it is not possible to type your requirements as there are hundreds of makes and models and submodels etc and hence rathern than give them a textbox to enter all the details we would like to give me a set options to choose from which will become thier requirments. This can be seen working at [login to view URL] and it is exactly what we need. We have all the make and models/color/options prices etc in the database which you can use. And After the requirements have been created then it should be submitted to the dealers as bid requests are submitted to the coders here at RAC and they can bid for the car. So what are you bidding for Integrating the [login to view URL] process in the [login to view URL] site so users are presented with the options when creating a new project.
