Article Website Templates With Simple Content

I need someone to build 10 simple, unique 1-page website templates based on my supplied requirements. I will supply: -4 or 5 'starter' templates that contain all the elements each template needs. You will need to choose a template and then customize it -domain name and site name -ad code For each site, you will: -Customize a template with a custom graphical header -Find a free, relevant article to add to the template that relates to the subject matter of the domain name and site name -Be paid a bonus for additional content you can find for the site A very detailed Camtasia screen capture video is available that describes this project in detail. This should be a very easy job if you know what you're doing. HTML experience is not required, but you should be familiar with Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Ongoing work is possible if you perform well on this project. You will deliver for each site: -A ZIP file with one web site template and all accompanying graphics ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet
