ArcGIS / ArcObjects developer

I have an ArcObjects application that creates image files according to specified details that are contained within a MS SQL Server database (MSDE). The development has been mostly completed but there are a small number of minor modifications that are required, which the developer has suggested would require probably 3 days work from a “reasonably competent?? ArcGIS developer to complete. His estimates are generally quite accurate. Because I will be patenting components of the application which this development is a part of, I cannot provide specific details of the required work to anyone other than the coder who I select. This person will be required to sign a contract, including a confidentiality agreement. Because of this, I have initiated this auction as a Bulletin Board Auction, as I understand that coders cannot provide a fixed-price bid. Therefore, please notify me of your hourly rate, and indicate whether you can complete this work by 21/4/2006 (assuming that there is around 3 days work required). Note that there will be further ongoing enhancement and related development required in the future, so I would prefer a developer who would be willing to provide ongoing assistance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform
