Hi there Well I am sending this request inquiring about if there’s any possibility of having a customized software specialized for monitoring streets and road on a city . well basically we are a marketing business firm having an authority of leasing road signs for the purpose of using them for marketing purpose . Well we’re looking forward to monitor the main roads which is going to be leased for the businesses which is going to use them for marketing their products and services. what we are expecting is to have a specialized software allowing us of monitoring the roads which is been leased or the remaining period going to be expired soon , plus the details of the business firm leasing the road sign and their contact details . More over having a sort of calculating link allowing us to have an easy way for having a control over the charges with a variation of the prices depending on the importancey of the road and the traffic level which obviously will lead into more audience and consumers whose going to be observing the advertisements on those road signs . We’ll be attaching you by the entire city with the main roads. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
