AVOIDING MULTIPLE LOGINS IN A .NET WEB APP (ASPX)

Its a very basic 5 page that searches the database for some info in a single table. We have this running on a subscription model. The problem is many people are using the same login to access the service. <[login to view URL]> We tried maintaing a table to login/logouts but that isn't reliable. We are facing 2 issues, the users dont always logout they simply close the window. Also there are cases where their computer hangs/looses connection or crashes. So its not possible to get the inputs when a user logs out. So we are keen on a solution that is more accurate and will enable us to stop a login when the user with the same login/pass is logged in and using the system.
