This is not a one time deal and can open long term opportunities for the right person in this area. We are interested in gathering market intelligence on the online survey services available on the web, to include: - Market sizing estimates (dollars and users), progression overtime and potential forecasts - Major players, market shares, main market segments, main customer targets/channels, main promotional tool - Net traffic tracking/positions, major search engines placements and rankings (including Alexa) - Major recent developments and planned (hot trends), alliances, strategic partnerships - App features comparisons, ease of use evaluation; including: survey design, fielding analytical, customer service, training capabilities any other tools facilitating the process - Pricing / charging structures comparison and analysis And any other information relevant to a thorough understanding of this online market, its potential, players, drivers, barriers, opportunities and threats.
