Business Plan Program

I want a program building that produces a business plan for the user. Users will load the program onto their computer via internet download or from an .exe file from a CD ROM. I want a simple but professional interface that reflects my company - details later - with good graphics. The user will input business information (text) into the program via text boxes. At the conclusion the program will collate the inputted information then produces a Business Plan via MS Word (more details in attached). The program will also have the facility to send an email to me when the user completes specific tasks within the process and at the conclusion of the process. (I will discuss these email points in more detail when I am communicating with the coder working with me) Opportunity ??" In my own market there exists the need to create a simple/basic business planning tool for small businesses. Many programs are available but they are complicated and detailed to the extent that business owners are scared off before they get underway. Objectives ??" As soon as my clients open the program I want them to be comfortable with what they see and not be intimidated by detail and corporate jargon. Functionality ??" My client will read the instructions provided and answer questions by typing detail into text boxes. This information will then be automatically submitted into a pre-designed Business Plan Template with the capability of printing and/or saving. For detailed information see attached notes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The finished program must work on windows 98 and XP home and professional. It must interface with all common email packages and MS Word. The downloadable vesion of the program should be a simple process that works with all common browsers. The install process needs to look professional and have a step by step wizard.
