Assemble Content for a Water Management Website

I am coordinating the deisgn and development of a website for a (now completed) water management project in South Australia. This job is to prepare the text for 5 pages of the website. The text will be drawn from a series of newsletters and other documents that were produced during the course of the project (which I will provide). The text will need to reflect that the project is completed (so some text will be written in the past tense) as well as that the outputs of the project (and this website) are useful (so present tense). The pages that need to be prepared are: Home Project Overview Project Outputs Info & Tools Links Attached is a brief for the FULL SITE - this is not all the work that is to be done in this job - it is just to give you a feel for how the site is to work and some information about the content of the pages required to be written. I have a series of documents (primarily 3-4 page newsletters (x 6)) which will provide most of the content for the site (particularly for the Home page and the Project Overview (and to a lesser extent the other pages nominated). I will also provide the several links (but 15 or so more relevant links should be identified through Google or another method). The links section should be annotated - that is, a few sentences on what each link is about, as well as the site title and the URL. Similarly, on the Resources & Tools pages, there will be some files that can be downloaded - these will need to have a para written about them so people know what they are downloading. I have about 5 of these tools/resources to add. The output should be in HTML form (but not as a website - as this will be built by a web designer) - but ready for the designer to just copy and paste into the finished site. Font to use is arial, 12 point. This will be a straight forward, simple job for a competent and quick writer. If you have any questions, please don;t hesitate to ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional HTML file 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to be able to work with all common browsers.
