Cold Fusion / SQL Server conversion to PHP / Mysql(repost)

We have a small survey that is written in cold fusion that needs to be translated over to php. I do not want an automated translation. I want someone to look at the code and provide a best practices conversion between the two. ## Deliverables So you can estimate the amount of work I have attached the site that needs to be converted. It is online but not at a place that is accessible to the public. The best way to get it running is to have a local copy of Cold Fusion Development and SQL Server. With that it should take just a few minutes to have this app up and running (run sql files, copy cfm files, global find/replace datasource in cfm files to your own datasource).
