Amazon Cloud Setup and consultancy urgent

Hi , I have a website which is built using Cakephp framework and the the website is now live and hosted on a LAMP server on a VPS setup in India . To test the performance and flexibility of Amazon hosting am looking at someone who can consult me in setting the best performance for a cakephp based website on Amazon hosting Am expecting a) Consultancy on which is the best approach to make the site live from scalability point of view later as we get more and more hits . b) Installation and setup of Amazon hosting so that my beta version of website can be made live for performance testing. c) Once performance is tested you should help in migrating the website online.
