Cubecart web site edits to check out page and other items

[login to view URL] CubeCart web site, only bid if you have experience with working on CubeCart sites Item 1: If a guest (who is not registered or logged in) checks out they are not able to enter their shipping address. This needs to be fixed so that a guest CAN enter a shipping address and the order will process correctly with shipping cost as it does with guest check out. Item 2: IE 11 after adding something to cart, then choosing view cart, it says cart empty, this needs to be fixed Item 3: Check out page, make the checkout button larger and easier to see maybe larger with red text
