We have a call center and our VoIP software produces a text file for current status of all calls by each sales person. What we are looking for is to find gaps when the salepeople are not making calls. We did import the file into Excel and it did create a report but that would be too much work each day. So we want a program (source code) that will read a CSV file and show the times between calls. The calculation is easy since you add the last call time to the last call time and subtract that from the current call. T

Hi, Did i say that this is already done> Yes i did say that. I have a sample ready for reading and doing some calculations on excel and csv files. And ofcourse this project can going to be just a small tweaking in those samples. I have experience working on both C# and csv files.I have more than 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies (programming in window forms and web forms as well) and can deliver the project real quickly.
