Custom GUI controls

I would like to have various custom ActiveX Controls developed. To get started the first key need is a control that gives me custom control (using in VB programs) over the top part of the GUI. I don't like the default VB options and would like to have full control over these items Toolbar Menu Window bar TItle Bar I will have you work with the developer who will provide you more detailed specs as you progress. This probably is a VC++ project, but I'm open to suggestions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows
