Booking system with GPS

i am looking for a booking system with the following important functions. When a customer calls their phone number automatically appears on the Booking Screen. If the telephonist then saves the customer's pick-up details with their phone number, the next time they call the details will automatically appear on the Booking Screen as the receiver is lifted once the details are entered the computer despatch the jobs. there are condiction about despathing jobs. eg if the user reject the job the a signal is sent back from a remote data terminal. any account work will have to be highlted in colour corder will have to now about RF(Radio Frequency). The gps will also be programmed to determin were the car is etc a map will also be included showing the Car Position the data will be send from an arial(RF) to a car arial. important i will required a fully spec on hw you are going to carry this project out also diagram will also need to be produced and what language you recommend the hardware will not be provided due to that when you have finish the prototype we will test the system he.
